2500-TON CINCINNATI (Co-Injection) & 950-TON TOSHIBA      Delta is capable of handling large injection mold tryouts.   A full complement of support machinery ensures the mold and resin perform as expected.   As part of our tryout service, the customer receives a complete printout of the molding parameters that can be used to develop your own production process settings.

Additionally, DMI offers (per customer request), limited production runs utilizing our 2500-ton Cincinnati two-barrel co-injection press (capable of 352 ounce shots) and our 950-ton Toshiba injection press (capable of 176 ounce shots).  Both Machines have sequential and gas assist capabilities, and the shop support equipment in place to handle small production runs should you have a need for this service.
